AI for what matters, and what it’s made of
AI4Matter brings AI to practical work: diagnostics, repair, maintenance and production. Our first service is Korjaa.ai, which helps people find what is broken in a device and fix it.
Korjaa.aiContact Intelligence that meets matterApplied intelligence for the physical economy
Our AI does not try to know everything. It knows the devices, manuals, faults and regulations of one field, and answers from them in the user's own language.
Diagnostics assistants
Guided troubleshooting for devices, vehicles and machines, grounded in manufacturer documentation and real repair history.
Repair and spare-parts knowledge
Repair instructions, part identification and availability, built for repair shops, service networks and consumers.
Production and maintenance knowledge
Knowledge systems for factories and field equipment: procedures, safety rules and maintenance history at the point of work, including the consortium’s own fuel-cell production.
Korjaa.ai: Diagnose. Repair. Endure.
Korjaa.ai is a Finnish-language, retrieval-based repair and diagnostics platform. It helps consumers and repair professionals find out what is wrong, how to fix it and which parts are needed, extending the life of the things we own.
The service is designed around the EU Right to Repair Directive (2024/1799). The directive creates a European online platform for repair, with a national section for each member state; its common interface is due by July 2027. Korjaa.ai is built to serve as Finland’s repair network platform, or to connect to it.

Industry know-how behind it
The device comes first
We start from the physical thing (the device, the stack, the production line) and its documentation. The model is a tool, not the product.
EU data, own stack
Services run on the group’s own servers in the EU, with no customer data sent to third-party AI providers unless agreed.
Part of Forking Future
AI4Matter is a trade name of Forking Future Oy, lead company of a European fuel-cell consortium. Production knowledge and safety practice come from inside the consortium.
Partners, pilots and funding
We are looking for repair-sector partners, manufacturers with documentation to connect, public actors preparing the national repair platform, and funding partners.
